  • Is registration required to make purchases on the online store? How do I register?

    To make purchases on the Online Store it is not necessary to register on the site. You can log in as a guest user, with Facebook by clicking on "Login with Facebook" or you can follow a simple registration procedure. 1) Open the Tree Online Store site in your browser; 2) click at the top right on ‘Sign in’; 3) in the right section click on ‘Register’; 4) enter all the requested data; 5) accept Terms and Conditions and then click on Send. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No! It is not necessary to reach any expense threshold in order to conclude a purchase. You can also order just one product! For orders from € 59.00, shipping in Italy is free. For orders of a lower amount the cost of shipping is € 5.90.

  • How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

    Once the order is completed, you will receive a message at the registration email address confirming your order. In case you do not receive the email, check the Junk Mail or Spam folder of your email box and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.   • I cannot register/complete the purchase. What can I do?
