Treeoriginal.com (hereinafter also referred to for brevity as “Tree”) is the official site of Tree, a brand of natural products for the care and beauty of the home, entirely made in Italy. Through the website, the User can search for brand information and purchase products online. Tree joins the “Recycles Forever” program for the reduction of plastic and raw materials in the seas. In full protection, transparency and respect for the environment, the composition of our product lines is as follows:

How does it work?
A Falcon or a Jerrycan Tree can have more lives than a cat, in fact these simple plastic polypropylene containers have more cards in the sleeve of a prestigious magician.
Even if all our products already optimize the monthly plastic consumption, the dream we have is, however, to present all our naked products as mother nature made them. Where it is not possible (for the moment!) To make your detergents protected, safe and preserve, we call our iconic packaging (word that you may have already heard, means containers) made with a careful mix of recycled plastic and recovered plastic R-PET or PLA from the same packs. Why don’t we use double packs, ribbons and decorations? Because keeping the container to a minimum allows us to offer all our consumers the right price for the ingredients present and the love that is transferred in the creation of each individual product, avoiding packaging that is as expensive as useless and polluting.
Reusing these Containers also has another big advantage, less plastic around and a sustainable recycling system that allows you to have more lives than the main character in your favorite TV series.
Here’s how it works, put the headphones on!
- Collect at least 5 bottles and 5 tree canisters and put them in a nice cardboard (Clean!)
- Run to the nearest post office or entrust the package to the courier you like best

Good to know:
Some bottles are made of another type of plastic, PET (polyethylene terephthalate). It is a plastic that you know well since it is the one used for drinks, and fortunately it is easier to recycle than P. So PET or PLA bottles can be disposed of safely in any separate collection, taking care to separate the cap from the bottle
Gift Boxes, Labels, and Ribbons are all made of the “Greesproof” material, the name seems Cool but the content is also amazing because it is 100% recycled paper, worked with natural fibers in FSC. If Satin Ribbons are provided, they are made with plastic bottles collected right here in our beautiful country which are transformed into PET yarn and then woven, infinitely reusable.
Content provided by the User
Users are responsible for their own and third party content they share on Tree, by uploading, inserting content or in any other way. Users release the Owner from any liability in relation to the illicit dissemination of third party content or the use of Tree, in ways contrary to the law.
The Data Controller does not moderate any content published by the User or third parties, but undertakes to intervene in the face of reports from Users or orders from public authorities in relation to content deemed offensive or illegal.
Rights to content provided by Users
The only rights granted to the Owner in relation to the content provided by Users are those necessary for the operation and maintenance of Tree.
Content provided by third parties
The Owner does not make any prior moderation on the contents or links provided by third parties shown on Tree. The Owner is not responsible for these contents and their accessibility.
Registration
Users can view and choose the various Products marketed by Tree at the following address: www.treeoriginal.com. Users can consult the various pages of the Site for free, without any obligation to purchase. In order to use the Service or part of it, Users must register by providing, truthfully and completely, all the data requested in the relevant registration form and fully accept the privacy policy and these general conditions. The User has the burden of keeping his access credentials.
Account cancellation and closure of User accounts
Registered Users can deactivate their accounts, request their cancellation or stop using the Service at any time, through the Tree interface or by contacting the Owner directly. The Owner, in case of violation of these Terms, reserves the right to suspend or close the User’s account at any time and without notice. The specific methods of navigating the site, registering, validating and confirming an order are described in the relative pages of the site.
Purchase procedure
Each order sent constitutes an offer for the purchase of products. Orders are subject to the availability and discretionary acceptance of the Owner.
The User must select the products and check-out, after carefully checking and possibly modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is made by confirming the same and is subject to payment of the price, taxes and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract takes place at the time of the sending of the Order Confirmation by the Owner to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order by communicating to the User within 20 days of purchase, to the email address associated with his purchase, the possible unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case, the Data Controller will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.
Terms of payment
You can use the following payment methods: Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Wire Transfer and Cash on Delivery. The specific payment methods available to Users are described in the relevant pages of the site. Tree uses third-party tools for processing payments and does not in any way come into contact with payment data – such as those relating to the credit card – provided by the User. As for the Coupon, the User must enter the data relating to any Coupon in his possession in the appropriate space during the Purchase Path.
The Coupon, unless otherwise indicated on the Coupon itself, represents a mere discount and not a payment instrument and is subject to terms of use and expiry detailed on the Coupon itself.
Invoices
For each order placed, if the Users have made an express request, by ticking the appropriate box contained in the order submission form, the Owner issues an invoice for the material sent, sending it by e-mail to the User who owns the order. For the details reported at the time of the invoice issue, the information provided by the User at the time of processing the order is authentic. In fact, no change in the invoice will be possible at a later time after its issue.
Availability of products
The prices, descriptions or availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice. The photos inserted are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products.
Execution of the Order
The Order is executed in the terms specified in the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the product ordered.
The Data Controller cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time of sending the Order Confirmation.
Delivery
The delivery of orders is managed by the Electrocleaning S.r.l plant in Cologno Monzese (MI), Italy, and the orders are shipped with their own and third party couriers. Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from the day following the receipt of the order validation email. In any case, orders will be shipped within thirty (30) working days at the latest from the day following receipt of the order validation e-mail.
The products ordered by a Buyer will be delivered to the address declared by the Buyer on the order form. The Purchaser decides to provide the address where he wishes to receive the order when placing an order.
Delivery problems.
In the event of late delivery, the Purchaser will be required to inform the Support Tree as soon as possible, by writing an e-mail to: ciao@treeoriginal.com. Tree Original will contact the courier for a verification. The duration of the verification is not foreseeable.
In this case, the Purchaser may at its discretion grant a further term to Tree.
It should also be noted that the transport risks are borne by the Purchaser, as well as those relating to the loss or damage to the Products since the latter acquires physical possession.
After receiving the ordered Products, the Purchaser is required to verify that the Products correspond to those ordered. Any anomaly found (missing or damaged products, damaged packaging, etc.) must be indicated by the Buyer on the form sent with the order and must be communicated to the Tree Support, by sending an e-mail to: ciao@treeoriginal.com, specifying for which product anomalies were found. All complaints sent over 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery of the products will be rejected and Tree will not take responsibility for them.
Tree will not be held responsible in case of loss, sending to a wrong or delayed delivery address of a Product, to the extent that the risks related to the transport chosen by the Buyer are borne by the same.
It is mandatory to provide personal data related to the delivery, since they are necessary to process and send orders, as well as to prepare the invoice. These personal data are strictly confidential. Not providing such personal information makes it impossible to process the order.
Right of withdrawal
In case of purchase of products or services on Tree, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw via an explicit declaration sent to the contacts indicated.
If a Purchaser exercises the right of withdrawal, the Product(s) must be returned in the original form and packaging, complete and accompanied by the coupon of the delivery note of the courier who made the shipment. The Buyer must pay the shipping costs for the return of the Products, apart from the non-compliant ones. Tree does not accept packages with a charge to the recipient.
Exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return the Products to Tree and until then, keep the Product(s).
The Purchaser assumes all reasonable risks associated with returning the Products.
If the aforementioned circumstances are met, Tree will reimburse the buyer within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days from the day on which he is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw, for an amount corresponding to the Products purchased.
The Purchaser will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
Tree will carry out the refund using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction, unless the latter has agreed otherwise.
Tree, within 14 (fourteen) working days, will be able to withhold the refund until the Buyer has received the goods or has shown that he has shipped the goods.
Limitations to the right of withdrawal on products
Damaged or used products are not replaced or refunded, even in part. The User must insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to perishable goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, risk deteriorating rapidly, are sealed and do not lend themselves to be returned for hygiene reasons or are connected to the protection of health, care of the house and have been opened after delivery.
Subscription terms and cancellation policy
Automatic subscription and renewal
By subscribing to the subscription, the user accepts the automatic renewal and the conditions expressed in these terms up to the request for suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
Tree automatically renews the subscription of the subscription and debits the payment monthly.
The payment is debited in conjunction with the shipping date and includes all costs foreseen by the user’s account (shipping costs or similar taxes that could be charged in cases of declared exceptions).
The subscription of the subscription – and the related monthly billing – remain active until the suspension or cancellation of the same by the user.
Suspension and resumption of the subscription; Shipping frequency
Users who subscribe to the subscription are sent a Tree ECO FRIENDLY BOX on a monthly basis, authentic on the date of subscription.
Users are allowed to temporarily suspend their subscription (“Pause period”), during which users will remain active on the Tree site, will continue to receive communications from Tree via e-mail, but will not receive any ECO FRIENDLY BOX Tree and not no shipping or subscription costs will be charged.
Users who have suspended the subscription can reactivate it by logging into their account and resuming the reception of the Tree ECO FRIENDLY BOX (in subscription formula), always with reference to the subscription date.
You cannot change (reduce and / or increase) the frequency of receiving the subscription.
To suspend the subscription, access the Subscriptions page from your account, click on “View” relating to the subscription in the “Active” status, then click “Suspend”.
To reactivate the suspended subscription, access the Subscriptions page from your account, click on “View” relating to the subscription in the “Pending” status, then click on “Reactivate”.

Subscription cancellation
You can unsubscribe from the subscription at any time from the Account page on the Tree website.
To cancel the subscription, access the Subscriptions page from your account, click on “View” relating to the subscription in the “Active” status, then click “Cancel”.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 working days before the next sending; otherwise, the Box will be charged and sent.
Cancellation requests made by email (at the address ciao@treeoriginal.com) must be sent at least 5 days before the next sending; otherwise, the Box will be charged and sent.

Charity Program
By typing the “Donate Now” button, the user confirms that he wants to make a donation with a variable monetary amount at his discretion. This sum received by Tree is intended for the promotion of the charity program entitled “Tree x Charity Program”. The Owner reserves the right to administer this amount received without any obligation towards the user. All donations can be made only and exclusively through PayPal. The data relating to “Supporters”, “Funds received” and “Supported body” are subject to continuous updating and do not constitute a guarantee of quality, confirmation of images and confirmation of the content presented.
Affiliate Partnership Program
By signing the contact form and accepting the Privacy Policy, the user agrees for his express will to apply for the Tree Affiliate Partnership Program (“Affiliate”), confirming that he is the only person responsible for the information entered.
The user agrees to decline the Owner from any obligation and responsibility for any type of information entered. In the same way, the user is not authorized to promote, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any content of Tree and its Services and Products on any means of communication, without explicit permission and consent from the Owner, guaranteed directly or through a specific written promotion and / or communication agreement (“Affiliate Confidentiality Agreement”).
The Service is provided “as is”
The Service is provided by the Owner “as is”, without any express or implicit guarantee for its accuracy or availability.
Service interruption
The Owner reserves the right to add, remove features or characteristics or to suspend or completely interrupt the provision of the Service, both temporarily and permanently. In the event of a definitive interruption, the Data Controller will act as possible to allow Users to withdraw their information hosted by the Data Controller.
Resale of the Service
Users are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Tree and its Services without the Owner’s express permission, guaranteed directly or through a specific resale program.
Indemnity
The User undertakes to keep the Owner harmless (as well as any companies controlled by it or its affiliates, its representatives, administrators, agents, licensees, partners and employees), from any obligation or liability, including any legal fees incurred to defend themselves in court, which should arise due to damage caused to other Users or to third parties, in relation to the content uploaded online, to the violation of the terms of the law or the terms of these conditions of service.
Use not allowed
The Service must be used in accordance with the terms of the Terms.
Users cannot:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on Tree or on any portion of it;
- circumvent the computer systems used by Tree or its licensors to protect content accessible through it;
- copy, store, edit, change, prepare derivative works or alter in any way any of the content provided by Tree;
- use any robot, spider, search and/or site retrieval application, or any other device, process or automatic means of accessing, recovering, scraping or indexing any portion of the Tree or its contents;
- rent, fire or sublicense Tree;
- defame, offend, harass, engage in threatening practices, threaten or otherwise violate the rights (such as the right to privacy and publicity) of others;
- disseminate or publish illegal, obscene, illegitimate, defamatory or inappropriate content;
- use Tree in any other improper way that violates these Terms.
Privacy Policy
For information on the use of personal data, Users must refer to Tree’s privacy policy.
Intellectual property rights
All trademarks of the Application, figurative or registered, and all other signs, trade names, service marks, word marks, trade names, illustrations, images, logos that appear concerning Tree are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or his licensees and are protected by applicable trademark laws and related international treaties.
Age requirements
Users declare that they are of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them. Minors can use Tree only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. In no case children under 13 years can use Tree.
Limitation of Liability
Within the limits of applicable law, the Data Controller is liable for damages of a contractual and non-contractual nature to Users or third parties only when they constitute immediate and direct consequence, through willful misconduct or gross negligence, of the Tree activity
The User exonerates and expressly relieves the Owner from any liability, within the limits permitted by applicable legislation, in relation to any damage or claims of any type and kind of its own and / or third parties including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special damages , damages deriving from lost profits, lost revenues, loss of data or replacement costs deriving from or in any case connected with this agreement.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time, giving notice to the User through its publication within Tree
The User who continues to use Tree after the changes are published accepts the new Terms without reservation.
Transfer of the contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose by novation or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations deriving from the Terms, provided that the User’s rights provided herein are not affected.
The User will not be able to assign or transfer in any way his rights or obligations under the Terms without the written authorization of the Owner.
Communications
All communications relating to Tree must be sent using the contact information indicated in the Contract.
Ineffectiveness and partial nullity
Should any clause of the Terms prove to be null, invalid or ineffective, the aforementioned clause will be eliminated while the remaining clauses will not be conditioned by this and will remain fully effective.
Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and all disputes regarding the execution, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the law, the jurisdiction of the State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where the Owner is based. The exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer is an exception, if the law provides for it.
Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer residing in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve any dispute relating to and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated on the net in a non-judicial manner. Consequently, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract entered into with the Owner. Consumer dispute settlement procedure
We do not participate in conciliation procedures to resolve disputes with consumers.
